    Q: How long will it take my domestic (U.S) orders to get to me?

    A: All domestic orders within the US are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery depending on which shipping method you choose. USPS Priority Mail generally take 3 to 7 full business days typically to your mailbox or doorstep. FedEx Home Delivery takes about one to three full business days from the time it leaves the Jusbi Headquarters if you selected the faster shipping method. Order processing can take up to 2 business days, but generally is completed within 24 hours if the order is placed within normal business hours.

     

    Q: How long will it take my international order to get to me?

    A: International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and take up to 3-4 full business days from the time it leaves the post office it originated from. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you. Again, when you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment and it has not yet been received by the courier.


    Note: Jusbi is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
 Jusbi is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of FedEx or DHL.

     

    Q: I ordered the wrong size product, how do returns and exchanges work?

    Returns
    Returns are accepted if shipped back within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed and original tags attached. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please send all returns, with the packing slip/order number included, to:

    Late or missing refunds
    Packages will be processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.


    Exchanges
    We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return your item per our refund policy above. We do not offer exchanges due to the limited stock and availability of items. We will gladly refund your item so that the correct item can be ordered if it is in stock.
    We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

    Q: How can I become an Jusbi brand ambassador?

    A: We are not currently looking to offer any sponsorships, but with the growth of the company, we will be at some point in the future.

     

    Q: If I placed an order, can I change the size or add an item to it?

    A: Unfortunately once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. You must place a new order.

     

    Q: When will products be restocked?

    A: If an item you're interested in is out of stock please read the item description for possible restock dates. If there is no date listed please contact us to get an approximate restock date and updates on that product. As a new company in our early stages of growth we will try to restock the most desired products as quickly as possible, but also seek to improve and innovate new products for you on a consistent basis.     Q: Does Jusbi sell items at wholesale?

    A: We do not offer items for wholesale or bulk sale at this time.

     

    Q: What countries does Jusbi ship to?

    A: We offer worldwide shipping via DHL for all orders outside of the U.S. All international orders are guaranteed to be received within 3-4 business days of purchase.

     

    Q: Why is there a customs fee included with my international order?

    A: Customs fees are not covered in the shipping costs that are charged by Jusbi. Customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs. DHL/FedEx ship’s all international orders, as they guarantee your package’s delivery within 3-4 business days, and will contact you to pay the fees before delivery.
